Документы для оформления таможенной декларации. Если компания впервые выступает импортером, то понадобятся сканированные копии уставных документов, таких как:
  • ИНН,
  • КПП,
  • ОГРН,
  • Устав,
  • Коды статистики ОКВЭД,
  • Решение о создании,
  • ЕГРЮЛ.
Декларирование любой партии товаров возможно при наличии следующих документов:
  • контракта со всеми дополнительными соглашениями и спецификацией к поставке ( если такие имеются),
  • УНК ( если есть),
  • инвойса,
  • оплаты поставщику за товар, если это предусмотрено условиями контракта,
  • упаковочных листов,
  • экспортной декларации,
  • технической документации на русском языке с описание области применения,
  • таможенного коносамента от линии или иной транспортный документ от перевозчика,
  • договора с таможенным представителем,
  • договора на оказание транспортных услуг,
  • счета за международную доставку.
Для оформления декларации на химические вещества и опасные грузы дополнительно потребуются:
  • сертификаты анализов (с переводом на русский язык),
  • МСДС или Паспорт безопасности,
  • процесс производства (на русском языке).

Этапы работ по импорту грузов не ваш контракт
  1. Клиент принимает решение купить товар за границей, ищет поставщика и договаривается о цене, после чего обращается к брокеру.
  2. Клиент передает прайс или коммерческое предложение от фабрики с выбранным товаром. Брокер рассчитывает поставку, согласовывает с клиентом весь бюджет и маршрут.
  3. Подписывается договор на поставку товара между импортирующей организацией и покупателем товара. Импортирующая компания заключает внешнеторговый контракт с поставщиком и оплачивает товар.
  4. После подтверждения отправителем готовности груза осуществляется полный таможенно-логистический комплекс по доставке товара на склад клиента.
  5. Завершающий этап – оплата и документальное подтверждение покупки товара клиентом.
